At ALL HERZ FASHIONS, we believe in providing our customers with the best shopping experience possible. That's why we have implemented a 30-day return policy, giving you ample time to request a return if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.

Our return policy allows you to initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your item. This means that from the moment your package arrives at your doorstep, you have a full month to evaluate your purchase and decide if it meets your expectations.

We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned, and that's okay. Whether the item doesn't fit quite right, doesn't match your expectations, or you simply change your mind, our return policy is designed to make the process as smooth and hassle-free as possible.

If you purchased as a guest, please follow the link to start a return, enter your order number and select the items you want to return.

If you need assistance you can contact us within the 30-day window and let us know that you would like to return your item. Our dedicated customer service team will guide you through the process and provide you with all the necessary instructions.

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. It's important to note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Eligibility for Returns

In order to be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The item must be unworn or unused.
  • The item must have all original tags attached.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

While we strive to accommodate all returns, there are certain types of items that cannot be returned for various reasons. These items include:

  • Custom specialty orders or personalized items
  • Beauty products
  • Intimate items
  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

Returning an item and making a separate purchase for a new item is the most efficient way to ensure you get exactly what you want. While we do not currently support exchanges, this method allows you to have a seamless shopping experience and guarantees your satisfaction.

Initiating a Return

If you wish to initiate a return, please follow these steps:

For guests:

  1. Enter your order number and select the items you want to return. 
  2. indicate the reason for the return.
  3. Submit your return request.

For members

  1. Locate your order in your account and click the "Return Item" button.
  2. Select the item(s) you would like to return
  3. Indicate the reason for the return.
  4. Submit your return request.

We will process your application and provide you with a refund, if the item qualifies for one.

Once we receive your return request, we will process it and provide you with further instructions, including a return shipping label if applicable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically posted to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at Allherzclothing@gmail.com.

For those who is returning an item from a Gift Card purchase, will be issued a separate E-Gift Card for the refunded amount.
