Shipping Process

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Order cut-off time is 12:00 noon EST. Orders placed after 12:00 noon EST will be shipped out the following business day.

*There may be potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems, such as extreme weather conditions that are outside of our control.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We have the following shipping options:

Free Shipping on orders of a $100.00 or more with standard shipping

Any orders $99.99 will be charged shipping of 9.95

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer several shipping options to meet your needs. Shipping rates are calculated based on your delivery address and the shipping method you choose at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Typically 3–7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Typically 2–3 business days.
  • Overnight Shipping: Next business day delivery (available for orders placed before [cutoff time, e.g., 12 PM EST]).

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Carriers

We work with reliable carriers such as:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)
  • FedEx
  • UPS

Shipping carrier options are provided during checkout, and tracking numbers will be included in your shipping confirmation email.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@allherzfashions.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


Shipping to P.O. boxes

At this time we do not ship to P.O. box addresses

 

Address Accuracy

Please double-check the shipping address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or missed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If there is an error with your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at info@allherzfashions.com to correct it before the order is shipped.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend that you check with your neighbors or contact the carrier for further assistance. If you need help, please reach out to our customer service team at info@allherzfashions.com.
